PER TROPHY CLUB RULES: Players, guests, invitees and vendors ("Participants") must observe the rules, regulations and bylaws of the Club, including but not limited to the following:

1. Only soft spike golf shoes are allowed on the golf course and driving range.

2. Observe the dress code - denim jeans/shorts as well as jogging apparel are not allowed. Also, all shirts must have collars.

3. Adhere to rules covering the use of the course and golf carts.

Waiver of Liability: I, hereby agree to participate in the 2019 BNSF / United Way Activities and/or Events, sponsored by BNSF Railway Company ("Railroad"). By agreeing to participate, I declare that I am aware of the activities associated with the event that may contain hazardous conditions and/or I may engage in hazardous activities and hereby, RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS OR SUITS OF ANY CHARACTER, NAME AND DESCRIPTION THAT I MAY HAVE AGAINST BNSF RAILWAY COMPANY OR IT'S OFFICERS, AGENTS AND/OR EMPLOYEES AS A RESULT OF MY PRESENCE AT AND PARTICIPATION IN THE ABOVE REFERENCED EVENT INCLUDING ANY INJURIES RECEIVED, DEATH OR PROPERTY LOSS SUSTAINED.

Furthermore, by participating I give consent to the use of my name, voice, image, likeness, and any and all attributes of my personality, in, on or in connection with any film, audio tape, videotape, audio-visual work, photograph, illustration, animation, or broadcast, in any media or embodiment, including, without limitation, all formats of computer readable media, produced by or for the benefit of BNSF. If you have any objections to this Waiver of Liability, please provide a written letter to one of the event organizers.
